To apply for the next course
1. email the completed application form to Helena (admin@dyodulwich.com) and
2. pay by electronic bank transfer to DYO, HSBC, sort code: 40 45 17, account 11236288 and reference your child's full name

Please see  Fees for all course fees and siblings rates. Once the form and payment have been received, Helena will email an acknowledgement. If you have not received a reply from Helena a week before the course, please mail her on admin@dyodulwich.com as applications do go astray.

If you can help with the tuck shop any morning from 10.45 - 11.15, please note on the form and Helena will be in touch with you.
